Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to support high-quality, patient-centered care across our acute care units. In this role, you will serve as a clinical expert and resource for bedside nurses, assisting with complex patient care, mentoring staff, and promoting evidence-based practice. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support orientation and ongoing education, and help drive quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
