JOB SUMMARY

Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Clinical Manager. Working autonomously, the RN accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a case manager to plan and implement and evaluate the care for HBO, Wound Care, and Ostomy clients according to age-specific criteria The RN works within the State Practice Act and follows all Wound Care Center and hospital policies and procedures The RN works within the State Practice Act and follows all Wound Care Center and hospital policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Associates Degree in Nursing is required

Licensure :

Current Georgia RN License in Good Standing BLS CPR required

Experience:

Two years' experience in an acute care setting preferred. Ambulatory care experience desirable.
