Join our team as an RN-Pre/Post Op in Decatur, GA. This position offers you the chance to provide specialized care to patients before and after surgery in a vibrant community. You will assess patient health, implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Experience in perioperative nursing, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are required. Licensure as a Registered Nurse and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are essential. REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, PACU

•This is mainly where they get the patient ready to go to the operating room or to PACU to the OR and then they take patients back through recovery from the OR/PACU.

Basic skills needed:

IVs, issues with medications (recovering patients), does not need to be ACLS certified because they are not on monitors over there. Pull foley, IV inserts, Medications, critical thinking, etc. Just need to give discharge instructions
