Responsibilities:
The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental standards and collaborates with service line and site leadership to optimize staffing, schedules, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory readiness (e.g., Joint Commission standards), and accurate documentation. Provide staff education, in-service sessions, and competency development in areas like emergency preparedness, medication administration, and infection control and prevention. Deliver compassionate, individualized care using models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" while supporting patient advocacy and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Assist with clinical action plans, participates in throughput processes (e.g., procedural/treatment management, staff meetings, and huddles), and contributes to shift reports, clinical root cause analysis meetings, staff committees within LOB and sites. Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, aligning with the organization's vision and values to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Support departmental performance through labor reporting, cost containment, and productivity initiatives while addressing patient satisfaction and service excellence.HealthTrust Offers:
