Registered Nurse Job Description:
Duties:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
  • Assess patient conditions and develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Interprets, transcribes, and carries out the physician's orders
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique for sterile procedures
  • Ability to perform venipuncture, administer IV medications, and monitor IV therapy
