Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience required BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Adaptable to fast-paced environments and new protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care Prepare operating rooms, manage surgical instruments, and ensure strict sterile technique Monitor patient status intraoperatively, responding quickly to changes Document care according to facility standards and regulatory requirements Support patient safety and comfort from pre-op through post-op phases
