Vital Care Services is now hiring for Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home healthcare services! Vital Care Services specializes in providing exceptional home health care to individuals under the age of 21 with physical and/or developmental disabilities.

OLD NEEDS ASSISTANCE WITH NURSING NEEDS. SHIFTS

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM . RN MUST be comfortable suctioning the child! Oral and tracheal suctioning required. We are looking to fill this position IMMEDIATELY, so contact us for a video interview right away, don't wait!

Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one patient care in an in-home setting Maintain accurate records of home visits, time with patient, services performed Monitor and assess patient condition Provide patient care with all daily living activities

Nurse Experience:
