PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care

Hopkins Care, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home assessments, supervisory visits, and limited clinical oversight for clients receiving non-medical home care services. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for nurses seeking flexible, supplemental income with minimal scheduling requirements. Responsibilities Conduct initial in-home client assessments (as needed) Complete service plan reviews for clients with higher care needs Perform periodic supervisory visits of caregivers (CNAs/PCAs) Evaluate client condition and report any changes Provide guidance and support to caregiving staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure services remain within non-medical home care scope Client Population Adults and seniors receiving home care services Clients requiring enhanced personal care support and supervision This role does not involve ongoing skilled nursing care or full-time case management.
