Job Description

Greater Living Home Care is looking to hire a Supervisory RN with supervisory experience to assist with completing supervisory visits in the client's home. This position would require you to visit the patient(s) once or twice per month and document the client's current medical progress and needs. You would also complete any needed caregiver education during this visit.

Requirements:

Willing to travel within a 25 mile radius The ability to communicate effectively Experience and excellence in proper charting BLS Negative TB Test Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Registered Nurse (RN)

Home Health Standard Shift:

Day shift Evening shift Weekly schedule: Self-determined schedule Hours Approximately 5-10 Hours Per Week to start (depending on location).
