WellPro Homecare Solutions is growing, and we are looking for dedicated, dependable, and caring healthcare professionals to join our team! We provide home healthcare services to children and families throughout Georgia and are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Lead Nurse Coordinate and support nursing services for our pediatric home healthcare clients Conduct assessments and help oversee patient care Work closely with families, nurses, and the agency team

Preferred:

Experience with GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) and assisting families with the GAPP application process Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills required Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse Provide quality, patient-centered care in the home Complete required nursing documentation and assessments Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team Pediatric/home healthcare experience is a plus Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living and other assigned care needs Provide dependable, respectful, and person-centered care Experience working with children or medically complex patients is a plus

Pay Range:

$13-$15/hr
