1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department (ER I) position requiring 2 years of RN experience and a GA or Compact license in hand. Details Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week 30-minute meal break included in each shift No on-call responsibilities required 13-week assignment length Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license in hand Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS Dysrhythmia interpretation experience required Travel experience preferred Additional Information Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted Former employees of the health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility Requested time off (RTO) must be spread out and not clustered around holidays Maximum of 5 RTO days allowed if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
