Job Overview Hiring a Spanish speaking RN at $50/HR. Flexible availability required. Living Ciya Homecare is seeking compassionate Pediatric skilled in-home nurses who can provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. Their duties include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare providers. Our skilled nurses work closely with patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes, positive and pleasant patient experience. Duties Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status, needs, and risks Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, medication administration, intravenous therapy, and other treatments as ordered by the physician Monitor patient progress and vital signs, documenting findings and updating care plans accordingly Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques Communicate regularly with the patient's primary care physician and other healthcare providers to coordinate care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies and procedures Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-care instructions. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Preferred experience in home health, skilled nursing, or a related field Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge of evidence-based care practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Proficient in using electronic medical record systems Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
