Requirements & Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of recent direct experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Proficient assessment, organizational, and critical thinking abilities Strong communication skills and adaptability to new environments BLS certification required; other advanced certifications preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit Monitor and document patient status, administer medications, and support recovery processes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and respond promptly to patient needs Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care Uphold hospital protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
