Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Lead Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time (3 Days/Week) Position Summary ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking an experienced ASC Lead Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong perioperative background to oversee clinical operations within our ambulatory surgery center. This role is responsible for managing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous clinical improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all perioperative services (pre-op, intra-op, post-op). Serve as a circulating nurse with a focus on orthopedics and pain management procedures . Perform comprehensive preoperative patient assessments to ensure readiness for surgery. Maintain and monitor ASC logs, quality metrics, and compliance documentation . Ensure adherence to AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, AAMI, and AORN standards and guidelines. Oversee infection control and sterilization practices . Develop and maintain staff and Anesthesia schedules to support operational efficiency. Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals . Conduct and participate in quality improvement initiatives and studies . Collaborate effectively with physicians, anesthesia providers, administrative leaders, and multidisciplinary teams . Promote a workplace culture centered on patient safety, accountability, and continuous improvement .

Qualifications Education:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in an operating room setting , including intraoperative experience . Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative nursing practices . Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards (AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, AAMI, AORN). Experience with orthopedic and pain management procedures preferred. Familiarity with SIS (Surgical Information Systems) is a plus. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay:
