Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year current experience in an ER or acute care setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC a plus) Strong critical thinking, triage, and communication abilities Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-stress environments

Responsibilities:

Provide rapid assessments and interventions for patients with diverse acute conditions Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care Skillfully perform emergency procedures and support trauma protocols as needed Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care plans Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards throughout each shift
