The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure quality patient care by coordinating activities of assigned staff. Qualifications include a nursing program graduation , with new graduates eligible . A current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license and BLS certification are required. Additional preferred qualifications are advanced specialty certification, bachelor's degree, and hospital experience . This role is based at Piedmont Macon North.
