Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with full-time hours (specific schedule details provided during interview)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact) BLS and ACLS certifications required At least 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure settings Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, patient-centered care to critically ill adult patients Administer medications, manage complex monitoring equipment, and perform necessary interventions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery Diligently document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per facility standards
