Work Shift The Site Lead - RN is a Registered Nurse who serves as the frontline clinical coordinator for daily back-office operations, clinical quality monitoring, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and peer support within the practice. This role helps ensure consistent execution of Wellstar Health System and Wellstar Medical Group policies, clinical protocols, laboratory requirements, medication and vaccine management expectations, infection prevention standards, and practice-specific workflows. The Site Lead RN partners with nursing leadership and practice management to support daily clinical huddles, staffing assignment input, clinical readiness, onboarding support, competency completion, log review, and prompt escalation of clinical concerns or deficiencies. The role promotes a safe, efficient, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical environment while supporting the broader care team through standard work and clear communication.
