What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care—assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes. Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with WellStar standards.What You'll Bring:
Experience :
Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience required.Education :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) required.Required Licensure/Certifications :
Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) required. BLS- Basic Life Support required. ACLS
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required. PALS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support required. TNCC
- Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN
- Adv Trauma Care for Nurses Cert preferred.
