Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Job Summary Arbor Terrace Crabapple, a renowned assisted living and memory care community, seeks a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse to join our care team! As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs), nurses, and other staff members to ensure optimal care delivery Participate in daily clinical standup meetings and provide clinical oversight as needed Review and approve orders in QuickMar, completing quarterly self-med assessments, and ensuring timely medication administration Coordinate and prioritize care tasks, including med administration, vital signs, and resident needs assessments Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans, as well as provide onboarding for new staff members Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction Requirements Currently licensed LVN/LPN or RN (in good standing) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and experience with care planning and coordination What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $35 HOURLY Opportunities for growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Paid time off and ability to turn PTO into cash Options to get paid on your own schedule Pathways for growth opportunities Student loan repayment assistance and tuition assistance Access to emergency financial assistance Access to health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with employer matching contributions Free meal for each work shift Employee Assistance Program - Wellness Resources for You and Your Family Are you ready to love your job again?
