Contract (Approximately 3 Months, Potential for Extension) About the Job The Clinical Wellness RN supports employee health and wellness through individual coaching, health promotion initiatives, and clinic operations. In partnership with Cigna benefits and account teams, this role coordinates wellness programs, schedules appointments and events, and delivers educational programs designed to help employees improve their overall health and well-being. This position requires a balance of clinical expertise, wellness coaching, and operational support to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors among employees. Responsibilities Wellness Coaching Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching sessions. Identify employee health advocacy and wellness needs. Use motivational interviewing and engagement strategies to support behavior change and health improvement. Provide onsite guidance to help employees reduce health risks and improve quality of life. Deliver health and wellness education through presentations, support groups, newsletters, and interactive activities. Follow up with employees regarding wellness program participation and ongoing support needs. Health Promotion Educate employees on available wellness programs, tools, and services. Increase awareness and engagement in workplace wellness initiatives. Coordinate and support wellness campaigns, events, and educational programs. Clinical Operations Prepare patients for virtual provider visits. Perform CLIA-waived testing and laboratory procedures. Enter patient history and documentation into the system. Support the daily operations of the onsite health center. Conduct biometric screenings. Administer vaccines in accordance with established protocols. Minimum Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a physician office, clinic, or hospital setting. Experience using computer systems and clinical technology. Strong customer service and patient-facing communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in health education and wellness coaching. Experience supporting wellness and employee engagement programs. Experience with biometric screenings, vaccine administration, and CLIA-waived testing. Experience supporting virtual care or telemedicine services.
