Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse Peachtree City, GA 30269

Part-time, Full-time, PRN Part-time, Full-time, PRN Job Title:

LPN or RN - Part-Time /

Midday Location:

Peachtree City, GA (In-Home)

Schedule:

7 days a week | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM About the

Role:

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated, in-home care for a client in Peachtree City. This is a consistent, daily 4-hour shift focused primarily on diabetes management and routine health monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Blood Sugar Regulation:

Monitor, track, and manage the client's blood glucose levels.

Medication Administration:

Assist with and administer daily injections as prescribed.

Routine Care:

Provide basic clinical oversight and companionship during the shift window.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia. Experience with diabetes management and administering injections. Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Must have reliable transportation to/from Peachtree City.
