United Homecare Center LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis . This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys working with seniors and helping ensure quality care for clients receiving non-medical home care services. Position Type Part-Time Flexible Schedule Approximately 10-20 hours per week (based on client census) Responsibilities Conduct initial client nursing assessments and reassessments Develop and update individualized Plans of Care Complete supervisory visits for caregivers in accordance with Georgia DCH regulations Review client documentation for compliance Coordinate with the Administrator regarding new client admissions Provide caregiver education and clinical guidance when needed Document all visits and assessments in Alora Health Ensure compliance with Georgia Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) regulations Participate in quality assurance and client satisfaction activities Qualifications Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred) Knowledge of Georgia Private Home Care regulations is a plus Strong documentation and communication skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR); Alora experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation Current CPR Certification What We Offer Flexible work schedule Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding agency Meaningful work serving seniors and individuals in need Service Area Serving clients throughout: Gwinnett DeKalb Fulton Cobb Clayton Henry Hall Paulding Counties Apply Today!
