Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience working in a Cath Lab BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Experience with a wide variety of cardiac procedures and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and related procedures Monitor patient status, vital signs, and administer medications as needed Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear, compassionate education about treatment processes Maintain and set up necessary equipment, ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in patient records Respond promptly to emergencies and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
