Role Summary:

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible. Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.

Preferred:

Hospital nursing experience, bachelor's degree, advanced specialty certification. PRN positions favor one year of hospital experience.
