Job Description:

As our Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized and skilled nursing care for a 4 year old boy with genetic nuero-developmental disorder case:

MM Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and managing any medical devices or treatments as prescribed. Monitor any seizure activity and demonstrate an understanding of the necessary precautions. Maintain accurate documentation and regular reporting on his condition and progress. Educate and support the family on care techniques and medical requirements. Keep the work environment clean and organized, ensuring proper handling and storage of medical supplies.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia. At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex medical needs effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with the family. A compassionate and patient-centered attitude. Comfort and tolerance for working in a home setting.

Additional Requirements:

Current CPR certification and any other relevant certifications. Reliable transportation How to
