What You'll Do Our RNs play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Depending on your department, responsibilities may include: Assessing patients and developing individualized plans of care Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions Monitoring patient conditions and responding appropriately to changes Administering and monitoring medications and treatments Providing patient and family education and support Accurately documenting patient care and progress Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Promoting patient safety, quality care, and positive outcomes Maintaining supplies, equipment, and an organized care environment Supporting teamwork and efficient department operations What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia Graduate of an accredited nursing program BLS certification required Additional certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department Department-specific experience may be required or preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Basic computer and EMR proficiency Why Choose WCRMC? Emergency Department RN:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Full-Time Mid Shift (11:00 AM-11:00 PM) with a two-year commitment.
Conditions apply.
Medical/Surgical RN:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Night Shift.
Conditions apply.
Extended Care Facility RN:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Full-Time Night Shift.
