Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Advance your nursing career in a fast-paced emergency care environment, providing critical support and high-quality patient care. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses who thrive under pressure and are committed to making a life-saving impact.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required TNCC and PALS certifications preferred Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptable to dynamic, high-acuity settings and able to multi-task efficiently
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, from triage to post-stabilization Perform accurate, rapid assessments and respond swiftly to evolving patient needs Administer medications, monitor vital signs, document interventions, and communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Provide education, support, and compassionate care for patients and families in crisis Maintain ER safety protocols and contribute to a collaborative and supportive unit culture Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
