Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Minimum of one year previous travel nursing experience Demonstrated Level 1 trauma operating room proficiency High competency and ratings on skills checklist Burn care experience is highly preferred and valued Ability to function independently and as part of a collaborative surgical team

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures Scrub and circulate during a diverse range of surgeries, including trauma cases Rapidly assess patient status and intervene during high-stress scenarios Diligently document care, communicating effectively with multidisciplinary staff Maintain compliance with all protocols, including infection control and safety measures Participate in call coverage, weekend, and holiday rotations as required This position is ideal for adaptable nurses eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-impact OR setting.
