Students who:
  • Are accepted into or enrolled in the Gordon State College Nursing Program
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Are committed to becoming a Registered Nurse and pursuing employment at URMC upon graduation Preference is given to students residing in Upson, Lamar, and Pike Counties , helping us strengthen and support the healthcare workforce right here in our communities.

  • Two faculty recommendations
  • Transcript or proof of good academic standing

  • Complete the nursing program
  • Obtain RN licensure
