Job Description

Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing team. This role provides an opportunity to care for children from infancy through adolescence while partnering with families to promote lifelong health and wellness. At PHC, our mission is simple: Reveal God's love through high-quality and accessible care for all. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, developmental screenings, and preventive care. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when needed. Educate patients and families on growth, development, nutrition, disease prevention, and overall wellness. Prescribe medications, immunizations, and treatments within scope of practice. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications Required:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Family Nurse Practitioner with strong pediatric experience. Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
Preferred:
