Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you will deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term and post-acute settings. You'll assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care to long-term and post-acute residents. Complete assessments, monitor conditions, and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, including wound care and IV therapies. Document care accurately in electronic health records and maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident-centered care. Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health goals. Support a safe, dignified environment aligned with mission and faith-based values. Participate in quality improvement, training, and professional development activities.
