Xclusive Care Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home care team. We provide skilled nursing services to medically complex children in the comfort of their homes and community settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license Pediatric home care nursing experience is

REQUIRED

Experience caring for medically complex children Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate Current CPR/BLS certification Must successfully complete all required background and credentialing requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Providing one-on-one skilled pediatric nursing care Medication administration G-tube/enteral feeding care Seizure monitoring and precautions Respiratory and airway care as ordered Monitoring changes in condition and communicating with the care team Completing accurate nursing documentation Following the child's physician orders and individualized plan of care Supporting the child's safety, comfort, and independence ⭐
