HomeCare Roots is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in Woodstock, GA 30189 . We are looking for an RN who can consistently work one 8-hour shift every weekend . The nurse may work either Saturday or Sunday , depending on availability. Schedule 8 hours per week

Saturday OR Sunday:

One 8-hour shift The exact shift time can be coordinated with the family. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and treatments as ordered Follow the client's established plan of care Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation Monitor for changes in the client's condition Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate Communicate effectively with the family and HomeCare Roots clinical team Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional care environment Qualifications Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Pediatric nursing experience preferred Home-health experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Comfortable providing one-on-one pediatric care in the home Must successfully complete all required onboarding and background requirements Location Woodstock, GA 30189
