Job Description

Companion Care of Georgia is an independently owned home care company serving Laurens, Johnson, Bleckley, Dodge, Telfair, Treutlen, Washington, Wilkinson, Wheeler, Appling, Burke, Jeff Davis, Jefferson, and the surrounding areas. We currently have an opening for a PRN RN to perform new client admissions for our growing private home care agency.
Qualifications:
Will hold a current license to practice professional nursing (RN) in GA. Will have a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, one (1) of which has been in a supervisory or administrative role in working with the elderly population.
Responsibilities:
Complete initial in-home nursing assessments and admissions Develop individualized plans of care Complete required documentation accurately and timely Coordinate with the care team to ensure a smooth start of services
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
