Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will utilize your extensive nursing expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and coordinate care plans that improve health outcomes. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately, including injections, ventilator, tracheostomy care and G-tube Feeding Records the health needs of the client. Initiates the Service Plan and/or Homemaker/Companion Service Plan and associated paperwork, in accordance with agency policy. Evaluates and revises the Sevice Plan, as necessary. Coordinates the care of all assigned clients. Prepares written instructions for the Aide. Supervises the Aide in the home. Instruct Aides in the proper use of practices, procedures and equipment. Participates in in-service training programs and staff meetings. Serve as liaisons between clients and other health care professionals. Teaches, counsels, and demonstrates skills to clients and their families. Monitor clients service provisions, and may make appropriate referrals when needed. Counsels the client and his/her family in meeting nursing and related needs. Assumes other duties, as requested by the

Pay:
$28.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
