Medispa Maui Aesthetics & Wellness | Maui, Hawai'i Medispa Maui Aesthetics & Wellness is an established cosmetic and wellness practice expanding into medical dermatology. We are seeking a skilled, patient-focused Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is comfortable working across cosmetic, medical dermatology, and wellness services. This is a hands-on clinical position for an APRN who enjoys variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to help develop new service lines. You will work alongside our physicians, aesthetics providers, and clinical support team while growing your scope as the practice continues to expand. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits Provide cosmetic treatments within your training and scope, including injectables, laser procedures, and skin treatments Support medical dermatology evaluations, treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing patient management Provide wellness services, including IV therapy and hormone or wellness consultations, as appropriately trained and credentialed Educate patients about treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and recommended follow-up Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with physicians, aesthetics providers, and clinical support staff Participate in cross-training and the continued development of new services Qualifications Active Hawai'i APRN license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain Hawai'i licensure Appropriate national board certification Experience in aesthetics and cosmetic procedures, medical dermatology, or wellness care; experience across multiple service lines is strongly preferred Experience with injectables, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures is highly valued Comfortable practicing collaboratively with supervising physicians and a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills Patient-focused, professional, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to cross-train and expand skills across cosmetic, medical, and wellness services What We Offer An established patient base and referral network Physician collaboration, hands-on training, and clinical mentorship A full aesthetics, wellness, and front- and back-office support team Opportunities to help build and grow new medical dermatology and wellness services The ability to develop a diverse clinical practice within one organization A supportive, growing practice located on Maui Staff Treatments and Discounts Quarterly Bonuses based on productions Competative base salary Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage If you are an APRN who wants to combine clinical medicine with aesthetics and wellness—and help shape the future of a growing Maui practice—we would love to hear from you.
