• RN-Rehab/LTC Job Type Travel A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced RN specializing in Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care nursing in Papaaloa, HI.

This travel assignment provides the chance to deliver comprehensive nursing care within a hospital-based long-term care facility, combining both acute and rehabilitative services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer treatments. Manage medication administration safely and accurately. Communicate pertinent patient information promptly to MDs or NPs. Manage admissions and discharges efficiently. Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Perform specialized care including gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer treatments, wound vac, and CPAP management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and active Registered Nurse license with specific State of Hawaii licensure required before assignment start. Proficiency in long-term care and rehabilitation nursing. Ability to handle varied shift schedules including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and participate in overtime rotation. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle diverse patient care needs.

Schedule Details:

Varied 8-hour shifts: Days 7:30 AM

• 3:30 PM; Evenings 3:00 PM
• 11:30 PM; Nights 11:00 PM
• 7:30 AM.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
