Surgical Registered Nurse Full Time - 72 hours per pay period Kossuth Regional Health Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dedicated surgical team. This is a greatopportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that valuesteamwork, professionalism, and high-quality surgical care.
What Youll Do:
Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub and circulating nurse Maintain a sterile field and follow OR protocols Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments and suppliesperform and verify sponge, needle, and instrument counts Assess & respond to patient needsboth physical & psychosocialbefore,during, and after surgical procedures Implement individualized care plans in accordance with hospital policies, Physician directives, and patient/family preferences Maintain accurate & timely documentation using electronic health records Participate in on-call rotation and team-based care
