We are seeking an experienced RN - Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Hickory, North Carolina.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient assessment, monitoring, and care during 12-hour shifts. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures. Respond to clinical changes following established protocols. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery. Ensure safe care transitions through effective handoffs and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to respond swiftly to changing patient conditions.
