Competitive Pay Registered Nurse (RN): $44-$58 per hour Pay is based on experience, shift, facility, assignment, and contract terms. Higher rates may be available for nights, weekends, holidays, or hard-to-fill locations. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. Complete nursing assessments and monitor resident health. Administer medications, IV therapy (where applicable), and physician-ordered treatments. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition. Maintain accurate electronic and written medical documentation. Ensure compliance with Iowa nursing regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current BLS/CPR certification. Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing home experience preferred.
