4x12 Nights Are you a skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care across multiple units? As a Float Registered Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to work across various units, including Med Surg, Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and post-procedural areas. Your adaptability and expertise will be crucial in delivering top-notch patient care in a fast-paced setting. Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units based on facility needs Administer and manage drips including heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltiazem, and digoxin Comfortably and confidently read EKG/ECG, including rhythm strips and dysrhythmia reads Utilize

EPIC EMR

system for accurate and efficient documentation Participate in de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff Work every other weekend and 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays

Requirements:

Need 2 years experience in setting Active Iowa or compact/multi-state RN license AHA/ARC ACLS and BLS certifications required De-Escalation Certificate preferred (can be obtained during onboarding) NIH Stroke Scale certificate preferred (can be obtained during onboarding) Proficiency with
