Full Job Description Role:
ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive critical care in a high-acuity setting.Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and respond to critically ill patients' conditions Administer advanced medications and treatments Operate life-support and advanced monitoring equipment Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional well-being Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care Educate patients and families about treatments and recovery Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and adhere to safety protocols Engage in quality improvement initiativesQualifications & Skills:
Recent ICU experience of at least one year Valid RN license and currentBLS/ACLS
certifications Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain confidentialityBenefits:
