You'll also partner with MercyOne Ruan Neurology Care , central Iowa's largest and longest‑running comprehensive neurology clinic. Their experts use the newest research, innovative technologies and active clinical trials to create individualized treatment plans for conditions affecting the brain, spine and nerves. With seamless collaboration across Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation , Neurosurgery , and Pediatric Neurology , our patients receive coordinated, world‑class care at every stage. Our dedicated neuroscience nurse educators ensure every patient and family feels supported through one‑on‑one guidance and education. Program Benefits Secure a full-time RN position before graduation Receive monthly financial support for up to 9 months before your start date Focus on completing nursing school knowing your job is already waiting for you Opportunity to work PRN while in school, if desired Reimbursement of NCLEX and Iowa Board of Nursing fees (up to $600) Dedicated support from Talent Acquisition and nursing leadership throughout your transition to practice How the JumpStart Program Works Apply to an open RN position in the specialty or unit that interests you. Interview with nursing leadership. Receive a job offer and sign a JumpStart agreement. Your position will be reserved for you until after graduation. Eligibility Currently enrolled in an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Expected graduation within approximately 6 months Eligible to work as a Registered Nurse upon successful completion of the program and licensure requirement Financial Support Participants receive monthly payments beginning with their JumpStart agreement and continuing through one month after graduation, for a maximum of 6 months. This support is designed to help nursing students focus on their education while preparing for a successful transition into professional practice. After Graduation Upon graduation, participants will: Submit NCLEX and Iowa Board of Nursing fee receipts for reimbursement Complete the
NCLEX-RN
