Responsibilities Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to enhance patient care activities. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care.
