Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities of the Wound Care Center. These include, but are not limited to, utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluation, and providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards, accountable for the oversight of the clinical practice, outcomes and success of the Wound Clinic. EDUCATION and
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate Degree of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education Cand experience preferred. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, as well as web-based database programs and the Internet.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Current Registered Nurse license, Wound Care Certification preferred. Medical Surgical, home health, or wound care, also preferred. Maintains and demonstrates competency in BLS (Basic Life Support), infections control, safety and all unit required skill review.
Salary Range:
$26.55-$37.18
