- Presurgical Evaluation Clinic
- is seeking a 50% Staff Nurse to join our team.
- Sign-on incentive: Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000
- Duties to include: Applies nursing theory to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patient responses to health and illness. Assesses patient health care preferences and expectations
- Provide education to patients preparing for tests, pre-operative information, and reviewing medications Collaboratively coordinates the continuum of care across settings.
Percent of Time:
50%Schedule:
W eek 1- 3 days/week Monday 0730, Thursday 0800-1630, Friday 0800-1630, Week 2
- 2 days/week Monday 0830-1600, Wednesday 0800-1630
Salary:
$30,891 minimum at 50% effort to commensurate. Salary will be based on years of experience and percent effort.Location:

An Associate's Degree, a diploma in Nursing, a Baccalaureate Degree, Professional Masters of Nursing and Healthcare Practice (MNHP), MSN/Clinical Nurse Leader or a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN, MA) Is required. Current license to practice nursing inIowa Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with patients/families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members as demonstrated through written and verbal interactions.
- General computer skills are required
