Nursing Administration Shift/Schedule:

Responsibilities Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across assigned units Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care Provide education based on each patient's needs and readiness to learn Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes Maintain timely, accurate, and complete patient documentation Delegate care appropriately and guide other healthcare team members Connect patients and families with resources that support continued care Promote patient and workplace safety through infection prevention and proactive reporting Participate in ongoing learning and professional developmentQualifications Education:
Associates Degree in Nursing License(s)/Credential(s): Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by Iowa Board of Nursing.Benefits
