Job Description

Power Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to support clinical research studies. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for supplemental income and maximum scheduling flexibility while contributing to innovative clinical research initiatives. Assignments are offered every few weeks, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability and existing commitments. Responsibilities Provide nursing support for clinical research studies and patient visits Perform study-related procedures and assessments according to protocol requirements Monitor and document patient responses and observations accurately Ensure participant safety and deliver exceptional patient care Collaborate with clinical research teams and study coordinators Maintain compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and nursing standards Complete accurate and timely documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay of $80.00 - $85.00 per hour Flexible scheduling with the ability to select assignments that fit your schedule Mileage reimbursement at $0.84 per mile Paid travel time to and from the research site at your regular hourly rate Paid training Additional $5.00 per hour premium for shifts starting after 6:00 PM Additional $5.00 per hour premium for weekend shifts 1.5x hourly rate for statutory holiday shifts Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or the applicable state of practice Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and adapt to varying research assignments Previous clinical research experience is an asset but not required Why Join Us?
