In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse adult patient population, performing assessments, managing IVs and medications, and coordinating evidence-based care plans. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients in an acute care setting. Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage IVs per facility protocols. Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the EHR. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
